Equipment and technologyPA6 Injection molding pocess conditions:Dying: if the mateial is sealed befoe pocessing, it is not necessay to dy. Howeve, if the stoage containe is opened, it is ecommended to dy in the hot ai at 85 degees centigade. If the humidity is geate than 0.2%, it is also necessay to do a 105 - and 12 - hou vacuum dying. Melting tempeatue: 260~290 C. The poduct of glass additive is 275~280 C. The melting tempeatue should be avoided above 300 degees C.Mold tempeatue: ecommended 80 degees C. The mold tempeatue will affect the cystallinity, and the cystallinity will affect the physical popeties of the poduct. Fo thin walled plastic pats, if the mold tempeatue below 40 degees is used, the cystallinity of the plastic will change with time. In ode to maintain the geometical stability of the plastic pat, annealing teatment is needed.Injection pessue: usually in 750~1250ba, depending on the mateial and poduct design. Injection speed: high speed (fo einfoced mateial should be slightly lowe). Runne and gate:Because the solidification time of PA66 is vey shot, the location of the gate is vey impotant. Gate apetue should not be less than 0.5*t(hee t is the thickness of the plastic pat). If the hot unne is used, the gate size should be smalle than the conventional channel, because the hot unne helps pevent the pematue solidification of the mateial.
